Our BETTERCARE Plans are designed to give you choices on the level of care you prefer to enjoy with your hearing aid experience.

Instead of bundling our services, you can opt for a premium package with frequent care and upkeep intended to help extend the lifespan of the hearing aid and keep it tuned to perfection or you can opt to save money and care for the aids yourself.

Loaner hearing aids — During repairs, loss replacement and catastrophic damage replacement
Annual hearing evaluation — To track annual changes and update aids
Biannual software updates — Often fixes glitches, improves battery life and updates BT versions
Manufacturer warranty handling — Repairs, loss claims and catastrophic damage claims
Basic supplies — Includes domes, wax guards, retention locks, receivers, cleaning tools

Better Hearing Now (BHN) reserves the right to add or subtract items from these plan feature lists as necessary. All services are intended to be performed at a BHN office. Offsite services may incur additional costs or be unavailable. None of these services can be combined with any other offers or discounts. Plans automatically renew on the annual anniversary date of the initial plan commencement. Plans may not be canceled midterm nor will any prorated costs be refunded.
